These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the Country Building Co. text messaging program (the “Program”), operated by Country Building Co LLC (“Country Building Co.,” “we,” “us”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. About the Program

Country Building Co. designs and builds post frame buildings, garages, barndominiums and ag buildings, and sells metal roofing, siding and building materials. We send text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in on the forms on our website, countrybuildingco.com. Non-marketing messages are about your quote request, appointments, deliveries and project updates. If you also opt in to marketing messages, we may send special offers, discounts, and service updates.

2. Consent

By entering your mobile number and checking an SMS consent box, you agree that Country Building Co. may send text messages of that type to that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent applies only to Country Building Co. and is never sold, shared or transferred to anyone else. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the Program.

3. How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message from us. You can also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE, or tell us in any other reasonable way, such as by phone or email. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply START or sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
