Our XL Dutch Doors are constructed with a 2”x3” .125 aluminum tube frame door, and all-welded corners. The complete frame is sanded and powder coated leaving a flat seamless finish. The door jamb is .125 aluminum with weld-on 6“aluminum bullet hinges with 1/2” stainless steel pins. A bumper seal on the jam provides a tighter seal and quiet operation. A 3” barrel bolt allows the door to operate separately, or as a single unit. A heavy-duty door latch and all the necessary mounting hardware are included.

These are real working weathervanes. They are all made with pride in the good old USA by a small family business from strong, 16-gauge steel. The top of the weathervane pivots on a heavy-duty stainless steel pin. The wind-cups have a sealed ball bearing that will spin with the slightest breeze. The entire weathervane is covered with coppervein colored powder coat paint. Baked on Paint.

Epilay™ PlyStiK™ is a Top of the line Premium Heavy Duty Commercial underlayment specifically manufactured to replace the traditional asphalt-based Sand and Granular Peel & Stick Underlayments.
The adhesive layer is made from the advanced SBS Modified Bitumen based adhesive which performs extremely well in high and low temperatures and gives excellent adhesion to the primary roofing surface whether it is plywood or metal.
